Home Theater Installation in Madison County, Kentucky

Check out this beautiful home theater we recently installed in Madison County, Kentucky!

We installed a 110″ acoustical screen with a 7.2 proficient audio speaker system powered by a Yamaha home theater receiver.

The projector is an Epson 4050 4K. This projector was installed into its own custom built shelf inside of the ceiling. This projector has the fans on the front giving it the capabilities of installing it hidden from view. See the picture below to see how we did this!

With this install the customer wanted all of his components to be controlled from one remote. We used the Logitech Elite series remote control. We also synced all of the lights and audio visual system with amazon Alexa.

The 110″ screen is an acoustical screen. What does this mean? It allows the speakers to be placed behind the screen hidden from view, but still allows sound to travel through the screen. As you can see in the picture below we placed three Proficient Audio speakers behind the screen. If you look closely in each corner of the build out you will see black squares, those are Velcro strips. Those Velcro strips attach to the back of the projector screen and secures the screen in place!

The projector screen is looking great by a beautiful gas fireplace with LED accent lighting!

The surround speakers we used are the Proficient Audio in-ceiling speakers that are mounted in the ceiling flush, but the speakers set on a 15 degree angle. This gives the listener a more directed sound to the area wherever they are seated instead of the sound going straight down.

After installing the in-ceiling speakers I adjusted the directional tweeter. This allows for a more directional sound for the listener since they will be seated on a sofa on the floor.

This home theater in Madison county, Kentucky is one of my favorites to be apart of. It has a lot of custom designs and an amazing sound! From the removable screen to the Alexa controls it truly is one of the best Home Theaters in Madison County!

Madison Central Football Locker Room Sound System Install

Check out this installation! We installed a new sound system inside of the Madison Central Indians Football locker room. We installed 6 10″ Proficient Audio Speakers throughout the room, powered by a Crown Commercial amplifier giving the system some power!

Also installed a wireless microphone along with a “auto ducking” device for when the microphone is used the music will automatically fade out for the microphone to be heard. Included in the setup is a Bluetooth connection device so the players and coaches can play music wireless!

Chenault Vineyard Stage Lighting Installation

Here at Platinum Audio/Visual we recently installed stage lighting at the beautiful Chenault Vineyards in Richmond, Kentucky.

The folks at Cheanult Vineyards wanted to provide live music to their guest while enjoying a wonderful dinner. We added stage lighting for the musician to be seen and also add a cool vibe to the inside and outside of the restaurant.

Inside the restaurant we added three Chauvet Slim Par 64’s with IR capabilities, giving full control over the color of the lights.

Outside the restaurant we added stage lighting for the stage built on the patio. These lights will give the musician plenty of light and add a cool vibe to the stage.
